Versions and System Requirements
ArborSoftWorx is offered as a traditional product installed on your equipment, or, hosted “on the Cloud” with our state-of-the-art servers. Either method allows access from any PC, MAC, iPAD or mobile device, securely from anywhere at any time.
Countries: Non U.S. user Versions of the software are similar to the U.S. versions. Support for commonwealth countries include configuration of HST, PST, GST, VAT and various other taxes are handled seamlessly. Country Postal and International Telephone formats are fully supported.
Installed on your Computer or on the “Cloud”
Your ArborSoftWorx can be hosted on our state-of-the-art servers located on the East and West coasts. We also provide hosted Exchange for e-mail and hosted backup solutions. Simply use a high speed internet connection through our secure web portal to access your system and database from anywhere at any time.
Traditional Installed Versions
ArborSoftWorx is supported on all current Professional/Business Class Windows Operating Systems, Linux and current Windows Server Operating Systems. ArborSoftWorx runs on MACs. The Microsoft Office Suite is not required.
The Windows 8 RT, Basic or Home editions of the operating system, are not recommended. The Microsoft Corporation does not support the Windows Home or Basic, editions in a business network environment.
ArborSoftWorx boasts a small footprint. Current business class equipment capable of supporting the current Professional/Business class Windows Operating systems are sufficient on 32 or 64-bit processors.

- Use has a procedure in place for system and data backups to removable media.
- Properly installed and updated virus protection, malware protection software and firewall.
- Properly installed and maintained UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
- User has access to High Speed internet for remote support.
